Alpine and Ceph mirrors are now available at https://ftp.ludd.ltu.se/mirrors/alpine and https://ftp.ludd.ltu.se/mirrors/ceph respectively. The Ceph mirror is at the time of writing still being synced (at a painful < 1 Mbit/s) and should be ready for use within a few days.
