VK: I'm almost not predictable though. I almost didn't come in
here today. I can't stay long.

I was having a devil of a time with that tricornered hat. I can picture
one but cannot seem to use my line style small to draw one so that
it looks even remotely like the real thing.

VK: I lost interest after I saw the request, regained a momentary
interest when I saw your version that looked like a hunters hat with
the earflaps up and have now lost interest again.

VK; Flattery gets you many places, but it's not going to work here.
It's too bad that Joan is busy these days. She's the one who could do
it. (In fact, I wonder if she has a tricorner hat on a page devoted
to American revolution... isn't that the right historical time frame
for tricorner hats?)
