llizard >> Try this

Mix roughly 3 - 4 heaped teaspoons of instant coffee into your cup. 
Get some sugar and pour it in until it's almost up to the bottom of
the handle on the inside. 
Now, fill the rest with water. Microwave until steaming hot.

A voice i my head just said "llizard is left-handed" - I don't know
whether I've read that or maybe I'm going insane.

I think I know what my problem is. I worked for 15 hours, went home,
fell asleep in my dinner, woke up and went bac to work. I do't
seem to be able to talk/type sense today.
