mickymouse land(central florida) was that

The county makes "controlled" burns that burn up all
the small underbrush and fallen pine needles and leaves
that expired in the fall.The living green trees wont catch
on fire if you just burn really small sections at a time and
keep things under control.Then you are left with open forrests
with nice trees and lots of fresh grass and bushes that pop
up in the spring.It makes it hard for a "real" fire to start up.
