probably needs a steady, non-tired, hand.  :-/   Meatballs is very simple,
which is good from the _cooking_ point of view, but might not be suitable
from the _keep-awake_ point of view.  :-/   Tuna and rice is _light_,
so it won't make one fall asleep.  :)   Pytt is nice in the same way
that hamburgers is nice.  :)
