LUKaS - Luleå tekniska Universitets Kristna Studentförening

What is LUKaS?

LUKaS is Luleå University of Technology’s Christian student group. We want to be a gathering of all Christian students at the university, regardless of denomination. Of course, we welcome those who don’t have any connection to church. LUKaS is connected to the Christian national organisation Credo. In line with Credo’s vision we want LUKaS to make Jesus known, believed, obeyed and loved amongst the students at LTU – therefore we are a part of the Credo organisation. If you have any questions about the Christian faith or feel you want to have contact with other Christians at the university, you are very welcome to join us!

What is Credo?

Credo is Latin for “I believe”. Credo emerged as a free movement within the Swedish church but today unites young people from many Christian backgrounds. Credo is present in large parts of Sweden and works with universities, colleges, high schools and some middle schools. Credo is part of the worldwide student movement IFES, the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students.
