Global::custom_nightly_reboot - Reboots if needed
If one of the following files is found in the datadir: reboot.YYYYMMDD reboot_<hostname>.YYYYMMDD reboot_<patchclass>.YYYYMMDD then it will trigger a reboot of the system.
