Swedish
Torsten och Ragnfrid de reste denna sten efter Björn i Granby, Kalvs broder. Honom dräpte Vigmund. Gud hjälpe hans ande och själ bättre än han förtjänade.
English
Torsten and Ragnfrid they raised this stone after Björn in Granby, Kalv's brother. Him killed Vigmund. God help his spirit and soul better than he deserved.

The stone stands by the road passing Granby leading to the road between Markim and Orkesta Height 1.72 m.

Torsten and Ragnfrid were most likely married, and related to, but not parents of Björn. Kalv is the same person who is mentioned on other stones in the area, for example U 337 as beeing dead, but when this stone was made was alive. Ragnfrid is part of the group of siblings who let make U 337.

The concluding prayer is to be found on many other inscriptions.
